Tom Quell has a soaring voice that easefully transitions from lows to falsetto. A guitarist and vocalist who is classically trained in Berkeley, CA, Tom resides on the west coast, often changing locations from Mexico, Northern California, and Washington. If you haven’t heard him yet, you can check out his SoundCloud where he regularly is working on new material and pushing the limits of his ever-expansive voice.
