The Villa is a wonderful place to live! Yvonne is the absolute best manager ive ever met. She is very attentive to the community and is constantly staying on top of making the complex a safe and comfortable place to live. Along with Yvonne, Joe who is in charge of maintenance is always taking care of any situation that may come up within my apartment and the complex in general. In my almost two years of living here I've always felt listened to and important with their hard work and dedication to making this the best apartments to call my home in the city of Palm Springs. You will not be disappointed if you decide to move here.

This apartment complex is so nice and clean. I feel so safe here and the staff are amazing Yvonne and Joe are amazing and always so helpful. The grounds and dog park are beautiful. They always have something fun planned for the community. I love living here. Best place to be here in Palm Springs!!!

Joe and Yvonne are absolutely amazing at what they do, and the service they provide is why my husband and I stayed at Villa as long as we did. They go above and beyond to ensure that you’re taken care of, and it’s definitely not the norm with other property/maintenance managers! They are truly gems and I believe they both deserve fat raises for all the work they put into the community. Thank you Yvonne and Joe for everything!

Very clean and comfortable environment, Yvonne is very kind and communicative. Joe the maintenance man is Awesome, I’ve been here for 2 years and he is always very quick to show up and fix any issue we may have in our unit.

The cleanest and safest community in this area of Palm Springs I appreciate Joe and Yvonne so much with everything they done. Living here is worth it, on top of maintenance request which I really appreciate because not every apartment complex is like that. Take a tour and see for yourself 😊
