The smell of the hotel is like a old persons house, the front desk was helpful and nice but I didn’t need many things from them, also room service was great 1 day the next not that good. But what killed me was the beds, both beds are damaged and foam is exposed. They obviously don’t care too much for their beds or equipment because the beds should not be this damaged, it could possibly be hiding bugs which is stressing me out. Since I only found it on my last day. This is both beds

We recently stayed here with our family( five of us)
The staff was very professional, polite and grateful of our business-
Location is awesome- across the street from the strand bike/walking path- 2 minutes from the beach north, 5 mins south- they have bike rentals (with baskets for towels) and stuff.
We really enjoyed our stay- we will be back! Thank you Ed and team for making our experience a great one!

We had such a nice time for our short stay here. It was really close to the Redondo Beach Pier. The walk isn't far but it is a little walk - there are just not really hotels right across so this is about as close as it gets. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks again Hilton!

I have been staying here since 2018 and have witnessed the demise of this property. Rooms are in horrible condition-ripped shower curtains, cracked lampshades, ants in the bathrooms and large indescribable insects in the lobby bathrooms. If you are fortunate your room will not smell like sewage. No business center (falsely advertising they have one). The managers hide in the back. There are managers who are overjobed and it shows in their complete disregard for customers. This location does not come close to one star hotel standards.

I have been trying to resolve my issues with this location. I had emailed Florina last week who notified me she had a busy week (apparently too busy for long term customers) and I received an email from Edward the GM stating he could not respond as he was waiting for Hilton Customer Service to review my comments. The Hilton Diamond customer support is confused by Edwards email and more so that no manager is responding to me. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable representation of the Hilton brand.

Room was totally fine for the price. However, one of the staff began knocking on our door several hours before check-out time, we politely told them to go away. An hour later (still more than an hour before checkout) they entered our hotel room without knocking while I’m getting dressed. Never have had this happen before and couldn’t believe it. Tried calling the front desk, but the phone system doesn’t work. No hotel manager on site.
