Excellent customer service with Jeremy A! He was very friendly and looked into an upgrade for us. Our room was nice and quiet! He gave us some complimentary waters and cookies. Cookies were so good! We asked for an early check in and he found us a room right away. He went the extra mile.
Also, the bartender Johnathon P. at the restaurant “The Cutting Board” located in the hotel, was so friendly and down to earth. Made some amazingly yummy mixed drinks!
These gentlemen made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Bernard at the front desk was the best he was very welcoming. He listen to our needs and got us a room right away. We were given water and cookies and he took the extra time to show us where to park that would get us closest to the elevators to our tower. The rooms are exceptionally clean comfortable roomy big big TV. Closet which I like to hang my clothes up. And four big drawers if you’re staying for more than one night this is nice to put your belongings in.

Bernard at the front desk was the best he was very welcoming. He listen to our needs and got us a room right away. We were given water and cookies and he took the extra time to show us where to park that would get us closest to the elevators to our tower. The rooms are exceptionally clean comfortable roomy big big TV. Closet which I like to hang my clothes up. The front desk guy, Jeremy something, not only recognized me from a brief stay 2 months ago but also went WAY above what any hotel has ever done to ensure that I actually got a good rate and had a good room. Somehow my reservation was lost and he went and called like three higher ups to approve a good rate and reserve a room even during an extremely busy weekend. I know he risked being chewed out for getting me these rates but I hope management realizes that his helpfulness earned them a customer for life. Thanks again Jeremy, you’re awesome.

Great service, pool was great, patio area outside of restaurant was nice to sit at with their fireplace. Beds were comfy, spacious room, showers were hot, very clean. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker available. Iron, safe and closet also included. Jeremy, who checked us in, was very nice and gave us good recommendations for touring the area. Excellent stay overall.

Although on the older side, this property tries its best. Check in was through the mobile app at first, but we went downstairs later on for cookies and physical keys. There was a guest ahead of us, and I observed a interesting difference in the demeanor of the front desk agent when checking us in. We are of the highest loyalty level with Hilton properties, as was the woman ahead of us, but our welcome was lukewarm when hers had been ebullient and robust. I imagine we did not look our best after a very long day of travel in record breaking heat, but that shouldn’t matter at all.
Our room was sufficient for our needs, but the AC unit was extremely noisy.
The breakfast staff was helpful and cordial, and the breakfast itself was of very good quality but with a narrow selection of offerings. Eggs, bacon and sausage and breakfast potatoes were plentiful, as well as an assortment of small pastries. Oatmeal and cold cereal were available too.
The gym is well appointed but can get extremely warm when the sun shines on the windows. Parking was plentiful, but at the time of our visit there were no entry gates or control. There was a guard / towing service stationed at the entrance to deter theft I imagine? Overall, an acceptable place to stay if the rate is below $150.
