We shot a music video with Exclusive Dance Studio at the TENTEN building roof. Amazing staff, great view and outdoor area. Overall an amazing experience shooting the clip at TENTEN.

DO Not Move to 1010
Don't be fooled into living in this place. It has no security. My car was broken into once by the valet drivers and I had to pay out of pocket. I had no assistance. My new car was completely vandalized inside the building. It cost $20,000 to fix. The management said they would cover the expenses and took a long time to activate the building's insurance. After a week, they came to tell me that they would no longer pay for the car repairs. The worst part is that when we moved out of this dump, they made up several fees and said that the rent had gone up without even telling us. But every month they sent the invoice with the old amount without any change in the amount. Never apply to live in 1010. Bunch of dishonest people and thieves, scammers.,

We filmed on the roof of the 1010 building, from where a very beautiful view opens. We worked with Argishti, who is the manager of the building, and he helped us a lot. Thank you for working with such professionals.

This is an excellent place to hang out and chill with friends and family. In this case we came here for a shoot for my dance studio. The sight was amazing and beautiful. It is very spacious and roomy. Back tothe point I give it a 5 star review

After being in LA for almost a decade and living in nearly all of the areas in the metropolitan Los Angeles area I have to say that TenTen is by far the best building in the best neighborhood in the entire city. The building is quiet, clean and is full of working professionals and families. The staff is attentive and respectable and the maintenance issues are handled right away. If you are looking to get away from the typical LA experience and live somewhere where you, your family, or your business will grow and thrive then this is absolutely the best place for you. This area is slowly becoming the Beverly Hills of DTLA and I believe this building has something to do with that culture shift.
