We found this beautiful vineyard in the mountains of San Marcos. Live music and amazing views! Limited menus however. The charcuterie boards were wonderful, but don't bother with the store bought pizzas. You will get two free samples of wine before you have to pick your glass or bottle. Be prepared to ask your server for a new glass with each sample, they are not just given to you. It's hard to have a authentic taste experience if the old is poured into the new.
Otherwise this a hidden gem that I would recommend.

We discovered this hidden gem with our friends who live in San Diego. We’ve always travelled to Temecula wineries.
Totally enjoyed the wine and the relaxing atmosphere.
It’s a must visit.

Beautiful hidden gem. Great service, Maria was a delight. Lots of goodie to sample . Nice menu items. Picturesque grounds. Will visit again real soon. Live music on Fridays and saturdays

Sunshine Mountain winery is a very nice place To enjoy with Family and Friends, you can bring your own food and try samples of the local wine, there are also two areas that you can rent For meetings of all occasions!

Loved the view and summer breeze from atop the mountain. The wine was tasty and I saw they made pizzas if you're hungry. What a cool hidden gem! We'll definitely be back.
