Absolutely loved staying here for Christmas. Unlimited hot chocolate (and other beverages), extremely wholesome lobby with board games, fairy lights, and a projector playing classic holiday movies. The room was clean and had really unique decor. The walk from here to the ski gondola is less than 8 minutes, super convenient. Would love to stay here again!

We only stayed one night here, but it was a good experience. Check in went smoothly. The staff we interacted with were friendly, efficient, and professional. Our room was styled in a rustic fashion which we liked. All the basics are in place. The TV was just OK, with all the channels one could hope for once we figured out the channel numbering system. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and the shower was good, other than I don't care for the shower enclosure style that doesn't have a door. Free, good coffee and snacks are available in the morning.

Stayed here a few nights in October and really had a nice experience. The rooms were spacious and I loved the interiors, which had a campy decorative nature and made for a unique room environment. The street facing design of the buildings made it easy to come and go with ease. Also, this hotel is nearby Heavenly village and made for easy walking to grab drinks, food, and spend a little time wandering about in a lovely part of town. The hotel's amenities were great and staff here super friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

I had my wedding reception in the lobby and a room block for my wedding party. We booked it sight unseen, only going off pictures, and we were so pleasantly surprised how pictures didn't even do it justice. This place is so quaint, rustic, a little retro with all these cool little details. It was perfect for my bohemian wedding theme. The staff was beyond amazing, helpful and ensured my day was stress free and exactly how we wanted it. I can't say thank you enough!!!

Great location- within walking distance of both the heavenly village and a private beach. The website says that you get a complimentary pass to the private beach per day but then one employee told us they changed it so you only get one day for free and then had to pay. The beach charges $30 per adult and is super crowded so personally I wouldn’t waste money on it. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly but gave inconsistent information. Pool and hot tub area was nice but small.the hot tub can maybe fit 5 people max. Lots of fire pits and plenty of parking though. The movie night is kind of a joke- they play a movie in their smaller lobby area- probably only enough room for 5 people. The hotel itself is basically a motel turned hipster. $400 a night is kind of a joke- the amenities are few and far between, especially if they are only covering one day at the beach. $5 for a s’more kit was also kind of ridiculous. Overall good experience, but they could offer a bit more for how much they charge.
