Firstly, very strange hours, with earliest check-in at 4:00PM and check-out at 11:00AM, as all amenities (tennis courts, spa, golf courses, etc) close by 7:00PM, leaving little time to really use any of the services the night of check-in. The room (cottage) was tiny, with barely room for the queen bed and had a strong scent that was neither wildly unpleasant nor pleasant. The walls were somehow paper thin and I was awoken to the sound of the attached room guests having normal conversation (that which in a normal hotel likely would have been easily sound proofed). The shuttle service is a nice but also necessary feature, as cottage buildings are far from any main amenities. Only issue here is that when the guest services desk is busy, which they seemed to often be, there was no guarantee that you could connect with someone who could arrange for a pick up. Staff was nice in 4/5 of my interactions with them. Perhaps if they were charging less this experience would have been less dissatisfying but I felt properly overcharged and underserved.

I stayed here 2 years ago and am about to stay again next week. The customer service is very high level. I'm especially impressed with and grateful for Kyle Soraghan, the Conference Service Manager, who accommodated my last minute requests to change the dates of my stay for a business conference.

We enjoyed the resort for four days. Outdoors is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are OK and could use some updates. All in all, we are recommending ot.

Rooms are a little dated but still very nice. I understand they are about to go through a renovation soon. Can't wait to return next year. Stayed for the weekend for an art auction and really enjoyed the property. Spa was outstanding. Samantha was great. We will be back.

1 Star does not even begin to describe our horrible experience. After a rough few nights and coming home for a couple days - our toddler brought home hand foot and mouth disease... We had no contact with anyone and she has not been around anyone else. Doctor suggests the play pen at the hotel was the likely reason.
