I stayed here for two nights for events and had a great experience with this property. Overall, it’s a nice place for both business and leisure stays, offering everything I needed.
The area is safe and surrounded by nature trails and water, perfect for a relaxing walk. The service was excellent, whether from the front desk, customer service, or room service. My requests were handled promptly, whether over the phone or in person. The front desk representative even made great coffee ☕️.
You can get some drinking water from the Gym.
The event spaces, including the ballroom and meeting rooms, were very nice. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great mattress that allowed me to rest well after the events. While the room design feels a bit dated, I’m glad to hear they’re planning to renovate the entire property.

charged me $15 for parking without telling me. Found out after I received my hotel email after check out. Stayed for one night.
dig the building, exterior was cool, a small coffee shop outside and it’s the only “marina” near the Petaluma area if you’re staying around there. Room was clean, had a nice window view on the third floor. Stayed here for the location really wasnt expecting much. There’s a walking path through the marsh that looked nice

I fell in the tub due to no anti slip; Emailed Marriott and message on the social media finally got their attention after a week. Hopefully this raises their awareness about the slip hazards. The hotel is outdated but pretty clean. There's also a $15 parking fee. There's nothing around the area, it's a 10 min drive to downtown.

This hotel needs to have all the carpet ripped out and replaced. The carpets are disgusting- stained and dirty.
This hotel is the most stingy with towels of any hotel I have ever visited. 2 bath towels for a deluxe suite room. No towels in the gym. Pool towels must be requested and are doled out like they are hundred dollar bills.
The restaurant ran out of orange juice for breakfast.
The cleaning crew didn't empty the trash in our room before we arrived and didn't clean the drawers from the previous occupants.
The hotel is conveniently located and quiet.
