The grounds are beautiful. Nice big venue. Staff was awesome. Wines were not my favorite. Tess was very konwledgable about the winery. They rent the venue out for weddings and the Villa Giada is available for rent on Airbnb.

Advertising states they are open until 5pm. We drove 30 minutes out of our way to do a quick tasting and buy a couple of bottles of sparkling wine to have on hand for Mother's Day. We arrived at 4:40pm. When we entered the tasting room, there were lots of people seated at tables, at the bar and on the patio. As my husband approached the serving area, he was greeted with "We're closing in 15 minutes. We're not pouring anymore." I guess our money isn't green enough for Rava, so we won't be back.

We were specifically looking for tasting sparkling wines. This place provided that along with great food and beautiful scenery. We would definitely come back.

The great: one of the very few wineries in the area to offer a sparkling flight. All the sparkling wines were really quite good, balanced, etc. The grounds are beautiful and there is ample outdoor and indoor seating.
The just-okay: the person pouring our wines was very, very new. Didn’t introduce herself. Didn’t mention a wine club or offer any tasting notes, besides to say, “this is the brut” or “this is our sparkling blanc de blanc.” Definitely lacking in terms of an engaging, educational tasting experience.
