at this point completely disappointed. I had booked an event at the hall on October 18 2023 for date June 8th 2024 when booking the event I saw Jenny put the date on the calendar and today she tells me that date is booked. I am sitting here thinking are you serious? I have already booked vendors for this event for that date. This is unacceptable and very dishonest.

The classes here are EXCELLENT. It’s unfortunate that once Rick left, the Ramona hall customer service is a bit finicky. This lady with braces on her teeth that was in the front desk on Saturday morning decided to take a phone call wile helping or talking to my daughter. I want to believe that the clerk should have told the person on the phone to wait, since someone was before the person on the call. I’m not the director of this place and I was informed by the clerk that there was no director at Ramona hall. I went to get my child in summer camp because when I called last week I was informed there was availability, but today I am informed there is no availability. So I decided to email Veronica because I was told she was the next person since there is no director at Ramona hall.
I’m not sure if Veronica will help me with my daughters attendance to summer camp since I was told that she gets to work at 9:30 or 10am. Usually day care is early to assist parents with need. This was going to be my first time using this day care.

Rick Swanson runs a great facility. His support staff is amazing. The facility is clean, spacious and supportive of the local community, especially kids!
