I'm a wedding photographer and I absolutely loved shooting here. The location is amazing with so many places to get beautiful shots. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's typical of Julian on a Saturday.
I would love to photograph another wedding here and I thoroughly recommend Oakwood Creek.

Excellent facility. Plenty of ammenities for all types of celebrations and had an excellent variety of things to do and areas to hang out. Only downside is that the volume for the music for the festivities had to be lowered to almost nothing. Unfortunately it is difficult to enjoy the dancing when your feet on the gravel make more noise than the music. Once the music had to be lowered, the party fizzled out. Make sure to address this ahead of time when booking for an event.

I love this old house and it's charm its practicly the same as it was in 1975. I can vouch for this as I lived in this charming old home when I was a little girl. I Love that Sherry has decided to keep the footprint of the homes old charm alive. Not to mention all the beautiful antiques and charming unique items you can find in this old house. It's a must visit next time your in town. Signed the little girl who lived in the Oakwood store and whose heart is still felt in the home. 😇

We love this place. It’s a little pricey but you do get very unique and one-of-a-kind and antiques. They also have a great selection of handmade crafts, soaps and candy. It is definitely worth walking through to see everything. They also have a couple of benches sitting on the front porch where you can sit for a spell while petting Their cat and listening to the wonderful water fall out front.
