Little Bear Creek Ranch

Dennis and his wife were wonderful to work with! The venue itself is lovely and well taken care of. Our pictures came out amazing! They have added bathrooms (fairly recently was our understanding) outside the barn that were great, and have been sprucing up the areas surrounding the barn, which we got the full benefit of! I had no issues communicating via email, and during the prep/clean up they were very available and happy to help! Such great memories that we'll have for the rest of our lives!

Our son and daughter-in-law recently got married at Little Bear Creek Ranch. The property is meticulously kept and so incredibly beautiful. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They worked quietly in the background during the wedding, making sure things ran smoothly for us. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the effort the owners put in to make sure our kids had the perfect day. I would highly recommend Little Bear Creek Ranch for the beautiful venue it is as well as the excellent service given by the owners. Truly a top notch establishment.

I got married at Little Bear Creek Ranch two Saturday's ago, and I am so thankful that I chose this venue. The venue is breathtaking, it is entirely without flaw, and I recommend choosing a venue that takes such little decorating as it comes this beautiful. To top it all off the owners go above and beyond to ensure your day runs as smooth as can be. They are there to lend a helping hand when needed, and available for any question or concern you may have. I am so thankful for how hands on, and thorough they are when it comes to helping the bride and groom. I felt as though they treated me as one of their own with how invested they were in making me happy. I can not say enough when it comes to this venue, and the owners. In my mind, there is no other option.

Unfortunately we did not have the amazing experience that these other reviewers did and I would like to warn future brides as to what they are getting into when they choose this venue. 1. Dennis was not very good with communication from the start. I would send him messages with questions multiple times with no reply, then would end up getting a text that he wanted the rest of our money but no acknowledgement to our questions. 2. We went out to the venue about a month before our wedding to give him the rest of the money we owed for the venue. My mother noticed a large construction project going on directly next to the barn. This was a little worrisome, so she asked him if it would be there during the wedding. He got so offended that we asked and walked away from us. It was very bizarre. 3. Make sure you read the rules multiple times, they are VERY specific about their rules. They don't tell you in the contract that the concrete floors have to be completely cleaned by the end of the night, but they will expect it. If you leave any frosting on the floor they will keep your full cleaning deposit. They will make comments that they are super relaxed and they don't ever hold anyone's cleaning deposit, don't believe them, they will keep it. 4. When they say that everything has to be cleaned up the next day by 10am, that means even if it takes you one hour longer they will keep your full deposit. 5. The wife will hover the entire night and micromanage everything that is going on. She also had our bartender quit serving at 9pm when we had the venue till 10pm. 6. They also did not allow us to plug in the nice bathrooms that we rented so we had to pay $150 more for them to bring out a generator. The list honestly goes on and on, but there is too much to explain in one post. Unfortunately, I had heard from other people that they were like this, but they seemed super nice so I gave it a chance. I wish I would have listened to them.

Dennis helped us have an amazing wedding day! Him and his sons helped with setup and cleanup, and he was flexible, versatile, and willing to go well out of his way to help us have a good day. His property was gorgeous as well, and our guests loved it. Would happily recommend to anyone!
