Simply beautiful hotel with charm and the perfect location close to town and the beach. The rooms are quaint and charming with some ocean views. Included breakfast is outstanding with fresh made omelets and waffles. Decent hotel bar too. The grounds are perfectly maintained with beautiful sitting areas. You won’t regret your stay.

EDIT: The hotel charged us a $147 fee at checkout. The person at the front didn’t tell us anything regarding the fee. After looking at other reviews, it seems that this is the case for a lot of people as it seems the have sneakily charged us for the “complimentary” breakfast. False advertising. Changing the review from 5 stars to 3 stars because of this.
Amazing hotel with great staff and a great location. I was a bit skeptical at first seeing the pictures of the rooms and bathrooms from older reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the whole place has been remodeled and revamped. The rooms and bathrooms are fully remodeled and are lovely to stay in. The hotel is also about 2 blocks (5 minute walk) to the beach which made it quick and easy to get to the beach at anytime whether that be to swim in the water or enjoy the sunset at the end of the day. The included breakfast is wonderful with a waffle station and omelette station and the cookies at the end of the day tasted amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to try this place out.

Great place with a great all you can eat breakfast plus cheap drinks at happy hour. Super expensive rooms but definitely worth if you want to splurge! They have a nice pool which is perfect if you want to go swimming that’s not the ocean. They have an amazing outdoor area in general with a huge chess set (I don’t know how to play chess though haha). The views are amazing and you can hear the ocean when you wake up. What’s better than that?

Must visit ! This is a gem and the service is 5 star. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The much hyped champagne breakfast is sumptuous and elaborate. The complementary sangria and wine they offer is a nice touch. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Will be visiting again soon.

This a great option in Carmel. Two blocks from beach and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Service was great by all from front desk to restaurant and housekeeping. Amenity fee is expensive but includes champagne breakfast for each day of stay. Bathroom is small but room is comfortable.
