Just LA downtown in general it was not so convenient for me. But loved the hotel stay. Room service was so kind, felt welcomed. Bedding was nice, stayed hours in the bed relaxed. I could have tried lobby bar for live music on Sat. Latin themed it said. We went to bed early that night. But great stay.

Have stayed here twice for business trips and I've enjoyed it both times. If there is one complaint I have, it's that the coffee shop in the lobby can be a challenge to actually enjoy - they only ever seem to have 1, MAYBE 2 people working there at a time which causes a long line of people in the morning trying to get their caffeine, and I have usually ended up getting coffee somewhere else. But the facilities are nice and the room itself is comfortable and clean. I look forward to my time at the JW.

Great spot walking distance to the FTX arena, the old Staples center. There's a nice open area to watch TVs and people watch in the lobby. With a restaurant for breakfast and lunch during the day. Easy going and great location to walk to the games.

Absolute perfect downtown LA hotel. Joy at the front desk was awesome as was the entire team. Our king executive suite was the perfect size with plenty of space and felt luxurious. We enjoyed drinks at the ritz bar and glance lobby bar as well. Don’t miss out on the Grammy museum free with the destination fee.

Parking garage has the most impressive car collection ever seen. Lots of celebrities. View is not great. Free breakfast for platinum but nowhere to sit in breakfast executive lounge. Unclear about the credits. Some of my credit expires at noon despite late checkout for platinum but my other credit did not expire. Hard to check my bill to correct this. Room is brand new
