This isn't about the quality of the hotel; rather, it's about the communication, service, and humanity. We were scheduled to stay for one night a few days ago, but my daughter had a 107.5-degree fever. While she was fighting for her life, I immediately communicated with the hotel to make sure that they were aware that we could not make it (so they could give the room to someone else if needed). Rather than showing sympathy and humanity, they immediately charged my credit card several hundred dollars. Note that I was NEVER asking for a refund for the deposit; I was simply asking if we could get a small credit for a future stay. I understand this is a business, but this is not a small business with a heart I could support. We will be staying elsewhere for our 4-night stay in the spring.

Didn’t book or stay any room. My mom and I came there for to see Gram Parsons’ Memorial. The pretty and young lady politely letting us inside and through to see Gram Parsons’ memorial. We did for two of my family friends because they are his fans. So we did take a few pictures of Gram’s history in the front room of Joshua Tree Inn. The service is 5 stars!

We loved the JTI. The location is super convenient to entering the National Park and it’s near many options for food, fuel, coffee, etc. However, the best part about the Joshua Tree Inn is of course it’s rich history followed closely by its fantastic atmosphere. You can just feel the rock n roll vibe in this place and they do a great job honoring the spirit of Gran Parsons. The atmosphere of the Inn is of a different time and has a spirit of freedom and creativity all around it. The Donovan suite was a big place with 2 beds, full kitchen and bath and was very well appointed. The staff is awesome and I cannot recommend checking out this place. I would love to return sometime, it’s just a really cool place to stay. We loved it.

Very friendly staffs, thoughtful service and unique place to stay. Also they are dog friendly too. Love the pool and little patio that came with the room. Would highly recommend.

Clean, refurbished old school motel near Joshua Tree National Park. The grounds, common areas, and room were spotless. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We would 100% stay there again.
