Highly recommend this place, whether you’re staying one night or more! Location is beautiful, right on the river surrounded by forests and singing birds. Rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a nice gift shop. Hannah was a gem in making our stay comfortable! I wish we could have stayed more than one night, but we were just passing through on our way to the Redwoods.

During our road trip from Eureka to Redding along Highway 299, my partner and I stumbled upon this charming lodge. We initially planned for a single night's stay, and were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. Later that day, a severe snowstorm forced us to extend our stay. The staff proved exceptional help and accommodations, offering us a very reasonable rate for a second night due to the storm.
Our room, a clean and well-prepared king suite, overlooked the river, and was absolutely perfect for us.
The lodge grounds are beautifully maintained, and the surrounding natural scenery of the Trinity was stunning. Watching the geese on the river was a particularly enjoyable experience. Considering the price, this lodge offers excellent value.
I will continue to recommend this lodge, and we will be back!

Indian Creek Lodge is the place to stop if you are traveling along the 299/3 corridor for any reason. It is a popular spot for fisherman and twice a year they have all sorts of fish-related things going on. Amazing location right on the serene Trinity River south of Weaverville. Also a hotspot for geese, they are so funny. Breakfast is a good option, I highly recommend the scones. I asked to extend my stay and they were ever so gracious so I stayed two nights instead of one. Rooms were wonderful and clean and the staff were all kind and great to talk to.

We’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times. Easy booking. Super clean. Great property. Comfy beds with good pillows and fast hot water. In-room coffee maker and fridge (more in the rooms with kitchenettes). Highly recommend!!

This is our second year going to Indian Creek Lodge on the Trinity. Rooms are very clean , welcoming and all around one of the best places we have ever stayed. Staff is awesome also! If you're looking for a getaway, this place is it! Bring your fishing pole!
