May 15, 2025 We (my husband, daughter, and I) recently took a short trip to San Francisco to meet up with my sister and her husband. They are both flight crew and were booked to stay at this hotel, which is why we chose it. I’m very glad we did! We got in very late at night (around midnight) with our very sleepy daughter. Mark got us checked in quickly and was so, so kind. He got us some bottled water and gave us a room with an absolutely beautiful view of the bay. The room was clean and had plenty of space for the three of us. Every employee we encountered was wonderful. The only things I would mention are 1) the walls are paper thin — on our last night, while we were trying to get sleep before heading to the airport in the early a.m., the room next door (with a connecting door to ours) had children who were screaming and carrying on well after quiet hours; 2) there is no facility to do your own laundry and it is very expensive for the hotel to do it for you (we also had to call to track it down when it didn’t show up on time, but they were very nice about it and got it right to us once we called); and 3) the location, while VERY convenient to the airport (with a very efficient and free shuttle service!), is not at all convenient to downtown San Francisco/the local tourist sites. We were aware of the location and that it would take a little effort to get to the things we wanted to see, but it is worth mentioning because transportation costs can get expensive (BART was down the first morning we were there and we ended up relying primarily on Lyft). Still, we found this hotel to be a fantastic value and when we come back to San Francisco, we will likely choose this hotel again.

May 20, 2025 Poor attitude, mistakes made and careless, but will still recommend for cheap price depending on the season.
1) Tried to charge me a $29 burger from the previous guest when I checked out and argued with me without apologizing...
2) Tried to enter my room during after I hung "do not disturb" and then trying to give me a razor that I didn’t ask for.
Positives:
Housekeeping are polite and so are the restaurant staff. Compliments to the breakfast staff, they were very warm and welcoming.

Apr 26, 2025 When we arrived they upgraded us to a higher floor with the view of the freeway which was ok
But allergies start to kick in and we requested a change of the room which they did.
Once we replace the room the keys did not worked so my wife had to go downstairs again to get new keys. Also I had a package delivered and they charge me $4.00 for the delivery not to bring it to the room.
Hotel has a texting system that works really well
They did have me a $70 credit as well as a no charge on the $4.00. Over all it was not perfect but decent. Ladies from the room service were great.

Apr 23, 2025 My overall hotel experience was wonderful! I booked a stay to attend a convention and for a vacation away from Pasadena (home town). The service was not the most respectful, as some people at the front receptionists always seem to had a rude “smart attitude”, body language was very rude towards me, and wording some things you say “always seem that they know everything better then you” While saying it “better”. Straight up…if I’m paying this much..I don’t want to sassiness…or rudeness. Not even a hint. Besides that, my room, and stay was wonderful! One kind lady at the front did helped replace my missing keycard for my room, and I keep easy access in and out of the parking structure. These process was done efficiently quickly and replacing the key card for my room was quick, with no hassle. The room service was wonderful! Very nice people who are always dedicated to do their job! They usually come in the morning around 7:00am-9:00am. If they don’t make it the first round, then they come back a little later at afford noontime to check back in to see if you’re awake. Other than that, I have no further complaints. My stay was wonderful! The room was like a dream! My Recommendation is just to keep your receptionist at check with how they word things or present themselves to valuable customers in a high end hotel that supposed to give a professional look at all times. No excuses. Everything was cleaned, Well maintenance, by before customers, and staff. There’s a dedicated smoking area outside the main doors on your right.

Mar 20, 2025 This hotel offers a great overall experience, with a convenient location, professional staff, and a delicious breakfast with excellent service. However, the amenities within the room felt a bit lacking for the big suite we booked. For example, there were no wine glasses or extra cups available, which would have been expected in a suite of this size.
One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful breakfast service. A lovely staff member noticed that my son wasn’t eating while watching his tablet, and she kindly offered me a takeout box so he could have his meal later. While I know it’s my responsibility to manage my child’s behavior, I truly appreciated her kindness and attentiveness—it made the experience feel even more welcoming.
It did seem like the hotel was understaffed, as there weren’t too many guests around, but the staff members who were there remained professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and service, but some small improvements in room amenities would make it even better!
