The newly renovated hotel is simply beautiful and functional! Love the new vinyl flooring and marble bathroom floor with low comfy beds.
But the best part about my stay is: I accidentally left my backpack out in the parking lot next to my car with my wallet and my son’s belongings overnight. The kind and attentive staff had found it and called our room to confirm whether it was mine, and then quickly returned it to me. Thank you so much! We travel to OC often and will consider this Hyatt hotel as our top choice.

Not from the area traveling for work. Decent location, near our companies training facility which was convenient. Seems to be getting a few updates, I would like to see what they do with the place on my next visit. Excellent and welcoming service received from the greeter Tay out front. He was very friendly and helpful which was refreshing after my eventful travels 5 hour long flight + 4 hour flight delay. He directed me where to find the check in area. Rooms are pretty standard. Will be returning soon.

The remodeling of this hotel is simply amazing! I can't wait for its grand opening and gor that brand new pool. Valet service is awesome. The front desk is great and very informative. The rooms are what I expected, clean and spacious. Housekeeping department sure knows how to keep a new room looking new. Only complaint is that it's not fully open. I can see the valet lot upgrade and the lobby is stunning, but the fact that I have to wait to see the final product is difficult. Nonetheless, a fantastic experience and a definite destination spot for the future.

A quick 1 night stay to visit friends. As a Hyatt Explorer, we travel a lot and I try to find newer hotels to stay in. Although they are still in construction so the amenities are limited, the hotel room was extremely clean; I am a clean freak. I felt like we were the first ones to stay in the room. I loved the layout including the long bench for seating and the wall hangers for extra bags or robes. The water pressure was strong and hot for a nice shower. I hope the cleanliness continues because once the other amenities open I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks amazing. It feels like it was just newly built. The room, decor and bathroom were amazing. I really enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly and it is conveniently located. Worth the price. I will def be staying here next time I’m in Irvine.
