Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards

My husband and I got married at Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards in January 2024 and it was truly magical. The venue's natural beauty and surrounding green hills during the winter, provided a stunning backdrop for our special day, resulting in incredible photos. For the wedding weekend, we opted to stay in the ranch house above the venue, a choice I highly recommend to anyone considering this picturesque location. The convenience paired with the dreamy scenery added an extra layer of charm. The open field near the barn served as a perfect spot for our ceremony, enhanced by the delightful presence of grazing cows, sheep, and goats in the background. A memorable cocktail hour unfolded beside the barn, featuring a beautifully crafted wooden bar for serving drinks. Transitioning inside the barn for dinner and an epic dance party, we relished the freedom to play our music as loud as we desired in the remote location. The barn proved to be the ideal setting for our dream reception. Additionally, the option to hire Hilltop’s on-site coordinator, Molly, significantly exceeded our expectations. From offering vendor recommendations to seamlessly coordinating with them and assisting with setup, the coordinator played a crucial role in making our special day flawless. While the remote location offers numerous advantages, it comes with some cons, all of which we found to be worthwhile. Renting portable bathrooms was a simple yet an additional expense, and the need for a shuttle service due to limited parking incurred a higher cost than anticipated. Planning and budgeting for transportation is essential when booking this venue, but the upside is that most guests appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, eliminating worries about designated drivers. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards and would choose it again in a heartbeat. Our wedding day was a joyous and beautiful celebration that we will cherish forever.

Really cool place and layout. You don’t feel like you’re at a venue almost like you are at home. They do an outstanding job supporting vendors. Beautiful big green grass area for reception. Separate barn for dancing. Great place. Highly recommend for ranch style valley wedding .
