The room is very cute and the attendance in the hotel lobby is very helpful. The hotel does not have a lot amenities including gym and a water machine. Also no bottled water. After I checked in the elevator went out for maintenance. The food is overpriced in the restaurant onsite ($20 for avocado and $5 regular black coffee).

Anthony at front desk is very rude. I gave him a suggestion on have to be better at customer service and he took it personally and charged me $21.00 by not applying second person credit. He shouldn’t have taken it personal and not passed false information to the manager. He is not made for hospitality and should leave his job. I am someone who started at bellboy and now I own and manage hotels including Hilton.

We live in the area, and we were going to Lou & Herbert's for lunch, so we weren't staying here. We really liked the interior design, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. The location is great, and It looks like a very cool place to stay!

Rooms are spacious and the location is great.
The sound insulation from the street is almost non-existent though. I couldn't sleep well from all the street noise even though I stayed on the 3rd floor.

It's so wild to think this is a hotel now 😳
Was a tenant when this building was an apartment building, loved the lobby then and it looks like they kept it/improved it which is great. I wonder if they kept the old school elevator too? I'll have to dig up some old photos
