Encore Event Center: Cantina Banquet Room

We held our Christmas Eve party at this beautiful venue that was overseen the entire time by one of the managers, Mannix. He was extremely attentive, checked in with us throughout our event, and was so nice and very professional! The venue was perfect, spacious, and clean! Will definitely be throwing more events here!!!

As I look at this site, at this hour it says closed- and it should remained closed!!! Never had I experienced as a customer & guest, the lack of professionalism at this establishment -if you even call it that. (I have on video supposedly one of the owners-yelling “Really”yelling at customers!! It was one of most disgusting things I have ever witnessed!!!) Just a little word of advice- The most important thing on running a business are your customers,(obviously you do not care) for without them there is no you!! I’m not saying that customers are always perfect , don’t take it personal, do your jobs, be professionals & give your customers the best treatment they deserve and treat all of your customers the same with the upmost respect! They are paying you thousands of their hard earned money to celebrate their special occasions with lots of family, friends & love ones and the last thing that anyone expects is to have lousy service and unprofessional owners who yells at their guests?! Who does that?! So to summarize this business- Everyone please have your special events elsewhere because this company’s mission statement should be “once we get your $$ -we are done & don’t know you anymore & so good luck!” Save your money and take your business where they will cater to you!!

I was a guest for a wedding & I kept smelling propane gas the entire time. Hours later after I brought it up to my husband he saw two small propane gas tanks and yes they were both open. I am pregnant, there were kids playing and dancing. This was an accident waiting to happen.

My Event was AWESOME!! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!! The staff was so so generous and helpful with everything! Their service and food was on POINT!! And the Hall I rented was SO AFFORDABLE and PERFECT! Thank you ENCORE for making my dreams come TRUE!

we were invited to a party and apparently the organizer of the events her es betty was very rude, she denied us the food when there was still unlimited tacos, she and her team of employees were very inopportune, the food they denied us they ate There was an open bar, all paid and Mrs. Betty is standing next to the bar charging after 11. It is a very bad experience. I do not recommend this place, very expensive and very bad service.
