The hotel and the rooms are actually much better than expected, we got a room for 6 people (2 double-beds + sofa) and it was really spacious and clean.
Wifi was included and working pretty well, the price was more than fair considering the rest of the options.
Breakfast (Buffet) was included in the price, not a huge choice of food but good enough for every taste.
Parking is not included and pretty expensive though, they asked us 49$ for the night.
Funny thing is that right behind the hotel parking there is the airport parking which is only 24$ for the whole day, less than half.
Overall a great experience.

This is a very disappointing hotel. Our room was not ready upon a 4pm arrival. There was no information about meals or amenities discussed at check in. There was a QR code for a menu in the room but it sent us to a broken website link. The air conditioning vent noise is so loud that it sounds like construction is going on in the room. (Currently waiting on maintenance.) The pool area is in dire need of attention. The water is cloudy and my son got hair (and a random crumb) on his face after five minutes of swimming. I have some very disappointed kids here. The hot tub is also broken (not that we would have chanced that anyways.) As Diamond Members we have stayed in Hilton brands all over the US. This one misses the mark big time. Embassy Suites overall has passed its prime.

Wonderful hotel. Room is clean and spacious, the bar has excellent drinks and food. Love the free breakfast in the morning and the complimentary shuttle. Plus all of the staff here have been welcoming and delightful to engage with. Highly recommend to stay if you are in the area.

The rooms are very spacious, and the rooms were super clean, nothing to complain about. The staff is always very helpful. I was actually going to give 5 stars however, the pool was a big disappointment as it needs maintenance and some updates
throughout. The other big disappointment was the breakfast, we only had breakfast one day during our stay. I believe this area is understaffed therefore it lack many things. We will stay again in the future but now we know what it lacks.

My electronic card did not work
The front parking gate was not working
parking went up to $49 per night, terrible.
The AC in my room was noisy all night.
I could not take a shower in the morning at 6am as we had no water.
The juice machine was not working for breakfast.
Turkey sausage was burnt.
No toilet paper in restrooms.
Do not recommend at Hilton property in LAX airport. Tried both embassy’s and not a fan.
