Embassy Suites Glendale: Ruby Ballroom

Throughout my whole week stay the best thing I can say about this place is the area surrounding the hotel, no matter how many times I call front desk or room service I get no response and when I did ask to speak to the supervisor she was a Hispanic lady who was just rude and simply did not care for my stay and didn’t offer any help what so ever. I have a family of four and they haven’t came to our room once to check on it I’ve had the same piles of trash in my room since my first day. I even tried leaving it outside my room if that would even help but no same piles still there. I’ve had to ask random workers in the hallways for toilet paper and even just extra towels. So at the end of this review id honestly suggest booking a much cheaper hotel because they will provide the basic clean service that’s expected of a hotel.

We stayed here a week while serving at the Los Angeles Dream Center. The location was perfect. Great part of town. Restaurants close by. Their breakfast in the morning was great with an omelet bar. Rooms were clean! We will definitely go back!

This is the place to stay while traveling with children. The area is convenient and appears safe. Parking is great, it is an additional $27 per night but worth it. The breakfast is one of the best we've experienced at a hotel, and it is free. Starbucks drip coffee is also a plus. Staff is great. Room is good. We will stay here again!

We'd stayed one night a week ago, April the 7th we liked the cleanliness, the front desk guys where very nice and helped us with changing rooms due a minor issue. The evening happy hour was nice, the snacks can be a little bit better but the drinks where great! Breakfast was great as well. In general it's a perfect option for one or two nights the most, because although the room was very clean, the hotel in general need a good update, the curtains in the room are nasty! They need to be replaced, and the carpets and some furniture need an update as well. The pool was nice but the hot tub water was yellow! Hopefully the upper management would want to update these things, because it's a beautiful building with an amazing lobby and common areas We will definitely stay there again in the future, because of the great customer service and we hope to see the improvements. We had a great experience at this hotel. We booked 2 nights because we were not sure what we were going to walk into but ended up booking a total of 5 nights because the hotel was very clean. The staff, Tony, Ryan and the overnight staff (M-T trying to remember his name) were very professional, very kind and always ready to assist. I had water in my room and Tony immediately changed my room. The breakfast team was very organized and served fresh breakfast every morning. My family and I are very particular about clean hotels. So this was perfect for us. We didn't have the time to eat This hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Universal studio, very close to Hollywood Blvd, Santa Monica etc....you name it. We got a mountain view and it was so beautiful to look at every morning and evening. The one concern I have are the windows, they need some cleaning. I would definitely stay here again.
