Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. Asked a few questions and was able to give me an answer. Room service came every morning of our stay. Bathroom wise bit on the small side. Bedroom plenty of room. Comfortable bed.The night was quiet. The best time for breakfast is early because it will get very busy and hard to find a table. The pool closes at 10 pm. The hotel has a bar. Felt safe and secure the days we stayed. If in the are, it will definitely stay again.

My family stayed here 6/22/2024. The overall stay was very good, as it always is with Embassy Suites. The breakfast selection was good, as it always is...although I wish there had been a waffle maker. ;-) During the evening reception, no outside food is allowed, which surprised me a bit. I suspect it's that way because it is held in the restaurant area maybe? I also like that the hotel has added gates for the parking lot, which keeps non-hotel guests from parking there unless they want to pay to get out.
On the "negative" side...
1. It was a hot weekend, so the pool and hot tub were swarmed with kids. I love to relax in the hot tub, but by the time the kids were done, the water was yellow with tons dirty foam bubbles.
2. This is a snobbish-sounding thing, but the gentleman who checked me in didn't acknowledge my HHonors status. It didn't really bother me that much, but it was the first time the check-in person hasn't mentioned it.
3. The building is aged, but again, still very comfortable.

Loved loved LOVED this place!! We originally were staying at different hotel but we found out quickly, it was infested with roaches! We booked 3 days at this hotel hoping it would be much better than the hotel we originally booked. It honestly exceeded our expectations!! Staff was very polite and very speedy with requests!! We stayed on the 4th floor and it was just wonderful. Definitely will be back again. Parking is also cheap and not 40-50$ like other hotels.

We booked 3 days at this hotel hoping it would be much better than the hotel we originally booked. It honestly exceeded our expectations!! Staff was very polite and very speedy with requests!! We stayed on the 4th floor and it was just wonderful. Definitely will be back again. Parking is also cheap and not 40-50$ like other hotels.

I’m not sure if new management has taken over but this was our last time staying here. We vacation every year in California with our family of 5. We always stay at this hotel because of location, service and friendly staff. This visit was met with unprofessional hospitality service. Our room was muggy and stuffy. The ac was not working. I went to the local Target to buy a fan just to get some air flow. When it was reported we were told that the technician said it was working so who knows what’s wrong with our room. Second we have ALWAYS ate outside food down stairs in the lobby, ALWAYS. Never have we been told to leave and go back to our room to eat. Apparently, the downstairs seating is only meant for the restaurant. Now this makes sense if the restaurant had actual customers but it had all of 3 tables reserved. Our children who were eating pizza and watching their tablets were quiet and enjoying “vacationing” at the hotel were scared off by an older gentleman who told them they needed to leave. I was sitting beside them and instead of approaching me this gentleman decided to yell at the children, great job. On the third night, guests decided that smoking marijuanna was a brilliant idea. Our room was so bad our oldest daughter who has asthma had an attack. When we called downstairs to complain they asked what did we want them to do because there was nothing for them to do but spray our room with air freshener. Relocating rooms was not option regardless of the air or the marijuanna smell. Lastly, they added a $12 a night parking fee. When we booked it was never disclosed and in the past three years of us using this hotel we never had a fee. This is ridiculous since they don’t offer any form of parking security or guarantee you will find parking. Especially on the weekends when they host events. Sadly to say this WAS a nice hotel. We will not return to this location again. It’s for the birds.

We were at the hotel for about 3 weeks for repairs to our house, overall it was a decent experience. Like most hotels there was a lot of the little things that don't get repaired when they should. We had a small couch in the living room that look like it was repaired at some point and just didn't look good. Trim pieces in the bathroom that were loose. The mirror in the bathroom has damage to the underlay reflective paper. Having the breakfast available daily was great. Only issue there was the employee(s) in the morning were supposed to open the door during the week to access the area at 6am and were late on several occasions. The last morning I was there I waited till 6:20 and it was never opened and had to leave for work with no breakfast. That was disappointing. The parking system was a thorn in the side, the ticket system malfunctioned a lot for us. Overall the stay was good, they have a happy hours daily that is pretty fun, good snacks and you get 2 complimentary beverages every day from a select menu of drinks. I would recommend
