Amazing Stay! Family and I couldn't be happier! This was our first family trip together and I must say, the staff at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South, did not disappoint us. Even being under reservations, they worked with what they had and with a smile. Liliana, Frank, Anthony and the lady making the omelettes are the true definition of hospitality at its best. We will definitely be making this hotel our go to spot for future stays! Thank all of you.

Amazing Stay! Family and I couldn't be happier! This was our first family trip together and I must say, the staff at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South, did not disappoint us. Even being under reservations, they worked with what they had and with a smile. Liliana, Frank, Anthony and the lady making the omelettes are the true definition of hospitality at its best. What an awesome place, even though I am a Hilton member we have never stayed at an Embassy Suites before, usually because we have been staying at Home 2 Suites which we enjoy.
I am glad to say we will be adding Embassy Suites to our go to places to stay.
The property was immaculate, from the moment we stepped into the front doors we were greeted with smiles and helpfulness. Big shout out to Cora at the front desk who not only took care of us in the most helpful manner, she took me aside and showed me how to install the Hilton app on my phone and how to use it.
The room was immaculate, and HUGE, I did not expect the pull out bed and the 4 seat dining room table .
The bathroom was modern and spotless and the water pressure and temperature was out of this world.
The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were oh so soft we both slept really well.
I love the fact that each room has a central air/heater and not one of those noisy ones that sit under the window and are really loud.
The only things I can nit pick about and I'm really nit picking here.
The TV in the bedroom only tilted up and down not side to side, strange as the TV was in the corner of the room mounted on the wall.
The small fridge freezer which are adequate enough usually, but our freezer part needed to be defrosted as it was kind of frozen over.
All in all I was sad we only stayed here one night as we wanted to sample the bar and the restaurant for breakfast.
I cannot say enough about the property, we will be staying here again for sure.

Our room was not stocked at all. The shower curtain wasn't big enough to close all the way. We paid for a fireworks suite on a Saturday night, but there were no fireworks. The lobby doesn't even have coffee except during breakfast. The "restaurant" is a joke - it's just a very small bar, and the "dining room" projects the opposite of diner-friendly ambiance. Apparently the sky high roof leaks, as was evident from the squishy & smelly carpet and buckets all around to catch water from the rain. During breakfast, parents let their kids jump and play in the water buckets. No staff seemed to care (and didn't bother putting up wet floor signs). I honestly feel like all the staff kinda just gave up on even trying. My boyfriend needed to borrow a pen, there weren't any in our room so he asked the front desk - she took down our hotel room # in case we didn't return A PEN. What a poor look! I went to the front desk to ask for an ibuprofen and she told me to go to the hotel next door and ask. I guess next time I'll just stay at the hotel next door, instead! Pretty shameful, this is the worst embassy suites I've ever been to. They're usually classy, not ghetto! $210 for one night for this terrible experience is absolutely shameful. I would be very embarrassed if i was in management here.

Reception, Restaurant workers, Room Service, Cleaners.. All the staff here are so friendly. We felt so well looked after here. Next time I won’t be booking the top level though, sometimes we could hear the air-conditioning unit in the ceiling. There were a few issues with the Wifi, staff worked hard to get it to work again. Location is fantastic. There’s a Disney Shuttle just outside the hotel for a small cost. Plenty of Car-parking for an additional cost. Lovely pool & spa. The breakfast buffet Is delicious, sausages, pancakes, waffles, bacon, juice, coffee, cereal, danish pastries and more. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you 😊

Very close to Disney, shuttle was right outside the door. Rooms are big and easily sleep 6 or more with some air mattresses. Breakfast was great but when they say it ends at 10 that means it's gone at 10. Lol. Don't sleep in, but if you get down there, the omelettes are amazing.
Staff was superb. Frank at the front desk night shift was awesome. Made sure we had adjoined rooms and just made sure our stay was great.
Plenty of hot water, the water pressure was even decent for a hotel. The pool was under construction but it was wet and rainy anyways so not an issue for my stay.
We will for sure be staying there again.
