This scenic hotel is amazing! The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The rooms are very rustic with modern design accents. The rooms have great lighting and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation, family reunion, wedding, or celebration. An added bonus is the Starbucks coffee offered in the lobby area. There are several wonderful activities to do near by as well as the offerings on-site.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Chalet View Lodge, and to say it was spectacular would be an understatement. The property created the perfect canvas for a fairytale wedding.
From the get-go, the resort exuded a warm, welcoming ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special, attending to every detail with grace and professionalism. It’s not every day you find a venue where the team is as excited about the wedding as the couple themselves!
The ceremony was breathtaking, held on the beautifully manicured grounds surrounded by massive trees. As the sun set, casting a golden hue over the landscape, it felt like we were in a dream.
But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, what really stood out was the vibe of the place. There was a unique blend of elegance and coziness that made everyone feel at home, all while being a part of something truly grand.
In conclusion, attending a wedding at Chalet View Lodge was an experience I’ll cherish forever. Right off the bat, pulling up to Chalet View Lodge, you just know you’re in for a treat. The place is tucked away between some seriously stunning mountain views – it’s like something out of a postcard.
The crew here? Top-notch. Everyone, from the folks at the front desk to the people bringing out your food, is all about making sure you have a killer time. They’ve got some great local tips too, like those hidden hiking spots and the best food tweaks.
It’s not just about the cool stuff they’ve got there, though. It’s the vibe. You feel like you’ve stepped into this cozy little bubble away from the daily grind. It’s the kind of spot you talk about long after you’ve headed home.

Great location to have a wedding, beautiful forest and rustic backdrops, however hotel pictures are very deceiving! and pictures are of only of one part of the hotel.
Hotel offers no concierge service to help you to your room or villa with luggage. The walkways to your villas/cabins are all gravel which are far from main building and offer no golf cart or help whatsoever. Pool area is old and undesirable to say the least, the smell propane gas every time you walked by the pool was not pleasant.
Rooms are old and are in dire need of updating. We rented a 3 bedroom villa, 2 bedroom cabin and a 1 bedroom with loft. The 3 bedroom villa had blinds in master bedroom that would not close all the way, soap dispenser missing in guest shower, not all rooms had drawers to put clothes away and very few hangers provided in all closets. Master shower leaked all over bathroom floor every time you showered and tape held the bottom of the shower door together. Kitchen in villa had a fridge that filtered water dispenser did not work, and filtered drinking water faucet by sink also did not work. No bottles of water provided in rooms or villas. Hotel lobby only provides chips, coffee, water and soda. Pizza inside brewery is available only when open. The only option for food is when the food trucks are hired for events. Hotel is located in a very rural area that offers very little restaurant options. This is NOT a 4 star resort!!!

Simply the best wedding venue ever. We meticulously searched for a venue that met all our needs, and this one surpassed every expectation, exceeding even our wildest dreams. Given they host weddings bi-weekly during the warmer seasons, they have the process down to a fine art. On our wedding day, we were stress-free and confident. Our planner, Molly - a brilliant addition that comes with the venue - showcased exceptional expertise in both planning and executing our wedding. Every detail, no matter how minor, was impeccably addressed. I’d give them ten stars. If you’re contemplating CVL, don’t second-guess. It’s truly the best.
