Open to public and situated in the heart of Old Town Santa Barbara. It was very neat to see but there where several homeless men sleeping on the grounds and in several rooms.

The museum is only open on weekends (12-4), but the admission price includes visiting the Presidio State Park that's 2 blocks away. What a deal!
