Long overdue review that's been sitting in my drafts. Came here with a few friends while visiting San Diego (I wanted an ocean view restaurant. ) We sat on the patio and order Mimosa's and a warm drunk (since it was a bit chilly.) Service was good and I enjoyed my meal and tasted my friends dishes too.
I had the Avocado Toast and it was delicious. I will definitely return just for the view.

What a fabulous view! This place is quaint and offers great drinks and a view. The food was great. We ordered the breakfast tacos and chilaquiles (no longer with carnitas). The Bloody Mary was fantastic. We also enjoyed the lemon lavender mimosa. It was dreamy to hear the sea lions, but be prepared to smell them too.

We stopped in for breakfast when visiting La Jolla for the day and this place did not disappoint. Great location. Great view. Great food. Very good coffee. It seems to be quite a popular place with several people arriving to get a table (& even reserving tables) especially toward the end of the first hour after opening.

Went for restaurant week and had the epic chowder, crab cakes, Lobster campanelle, chimichurri ribeye and the bread pudding. Everything was tasty and full of flavor. If you sit outside there will be a strong smell of the birds/ocean. We sat inside and the ambiance was nice. Baja margarita and passionfruit mojito were also good.

Loved this historical place with an amazing view. Food was extraordinary..we loved the sandwich with avocado and the chowder curry soup. The fish tacos were not bad either. The orange juice drink was a little small but freshly squeezed. Location is right on prospect facing the childrens pool walking distance from paid parking garage or if you get lucky there's parking on the street. It's also super close to Sunny Jim's cave gift shop and cave . Will definatelly return.
