Relaxing, authentic, cute boutique hotel. The vibe is lively and carefree. Love the decor, restaurant, and pool. We dined here a few times before staying at the hotel and chose to stay based on our previous dinners here. It’s a wonderful stay with girlfriends or kids. The staff really makes you feel taken care of. There’s plenty to do if you prefer to stay in and it’s close to so many other options for shopping and dining if you want to leave and explore.

This is a charming place with an extremely friendly staff. The grounds are lovely and the on site restaurant was nice. They offer a shuttle to Universal Studios and City Walk. Most (if not all) rooms have balconies. The hotel is close to the hwy and is a bit more noisy, but it made getting around easier. I would stay again.

This is a charming place with an extremely friendly staff. The grounds are lovely and the on site restaurant was nice. They offer a shuttle to Universal Studios and City Walk. Most (if not all) rooms have balconies. The hotel is close to the hwy and is a bit more noisy, but it made getting around easier. I would stay again.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and location.
Rooms are a little dated but overall very clean and functional.
Staff super friendly and we enjoyed the chilled vibe around the pool and bar.
We’d recommend as it’s not your typical faceless hotel chain.

My wife and I stayed here to go universal on new years and the experience was mediocre. The first thing they told us when we checked in is that our building was having wifi and TV issues and they offered to comp our parking... that was fine with me. Then we get to the room and the ac did not work and we had stains on our pillows. Called them to fix and no one showed up for almost an hour. Ac was never fixed throughout our stay but we got new pillows. Bed was comfortable but hotel is right on the highway so listening to cars all night is not great. No free breakfast, restaurant is overpriced and automatically charges you an extra $4 to any order for no reason plus 15% automatically for tip, shuttle to universal was 15 minutes late in the morning and was full so we had to wait for the next one. Got to universal 45 minutes later than we wanted to which meant the lines were already insane. Overall, for a 4-star hotel they offer a 2-star experience. It's not the worst I've had but they should do better.

Great location for visiting Universal Studios, free shuttle is very convenient. Has a outdoor pool with two hot tubs. Rooms are average size, clean and modern. Restaurant is on site. Only downside is the breakfast options, no free breakfast.
