An affordable venue in a very unaffordable place! Super cool old kitchen perfect for catered food. Nice chandeleirs and feeling of history. Booking is a bit complicated because one does so through the city of Alameda. Parking is not optimal. Otherwise, though, it is a fabulous local option for events.

As a cater it was easy to bring my food there,just a reminder, it has a huge kitchen, but none of the ovens or stoves works..

My daughter was here for summer camp so they were outside but the building itself inside is beautiful! Great for a wedding or other formal even if they host them. (One of the bathroom.doors doesn't close all the way and should be fixed.)

Great venue for a wedding. Had plenty of room for a buffet, seated dining, and dance floor with another connected room perfect for the ceremony. The kitchen looked amazing to an at home cook such as myself. For 5 hours this place made for a great evening.
