Great atmosphere, you have the option of spending some time gambling, watching a show at the theater inside, or just relaxing and getting away. Coming and exiting from the 10, you'll want to take the SECOND (2ND) light, and go left. The casino offers both valet and self parking. Valet is comped (based on my recent experience) but be patient and be sure to tip your valet. There's a descent amount of tables and machines. Plenty of drinks at the multiple bars, but the only disappointing factor would be the limited choices of food in the casino itself. Mexican, American, Chinese offerings are available and limited, especially after 10pm. In the theater venue, you only have the option of drinks and light snacks, such as chips and small candy, so Plan ahead if you're hungry. Overall great experience, good venue for a date night, or if you're just wanting to get away for a little.

From the moment you check in you could tell this hotel general manager expects only the best from his desk agents. The two ladies that greeted me were extremely professional and they knew how to treat a customer and enacted as if they truly valued me as a guest. The rooms are extremely well taken care of. Everything from the coffee makers to the showers to a nice couple of chocolates on the nightstand.

I went to a concert there. The casino is clean and fun to be in. I am disabled so the valet parking with outside heaters is the greatest. The slots were loose and the general environment was great. I lived in Tahoe for 20 years and this is the nicest casino I have been in. I would recommend a 24 hour coffee shop for food instead of the food court but that is the only thing that I would change. Great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful. Especially at the Ace club signup. I highly recommend this casino and the showroom.

My recent stay at Agua Caliente Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, California, was a testament to impeccable service. The non-smoking casino is a gambler's paradise, with slots strategically placed so you never feel crowded while trying your luck on one of the many new and exciting games. Now, everyone knows the house always wins, but Agua Caliente is one of those rare resorts where service still matters.
From the moment I stepped up to the front desk, I was met with a friendly welcome and an eagerness to please (not easy to do, given my exacting standards). One Agua team member, Dustin, genuinely made my stay much easier than it should have been, considering my lack of planning. He made my emergency his own and took excellent care of me with effortless grace. The entire reception team represents the pinnacle of superb customer service, under the supervision of superior managers like Jordan.
The rooms are well-appointed, and the suites are quite spacious. You also don't need to worry about your luggage, thanks to folks like J.P., who are more than happy to handle your precious belongings with exceptional care. All in all, I would have to say this time, I won. Sorry, house!

An excellent, all-inclusive resort where you can get away from it all without traveling a long distance if you’re local. It’s one of the very few 24/7/365 places to spend time and have fun. The petrol station across the street has amazing fuel prices too.
